Vladivostok Commercial Seaport has commissioned two new Ship-to-Shore gantries.

    Vladivostok Commercial Seaport (VCSP) has put into operation two new STS gantries of Liebherr, delivered from Ireland in April this year.

    The cranes were tailor designed for operational requirement at the berth nos. 14-15 of the terminal and are suitable for handling Panamax container ships.

    The gantries have lifting capacity of up to 60 mt under spreader and productivity of 40 moves/ hour. The twin-lift spreaders of the cranes can handle two 20’ containers at one time.

    The purchase of two STS gantries have cost the VCSP over 400 million roubles (abt. USD12,5 million).
