Ruscon Group established subsidiary company in China
development 18 July 2019Ruscon Group established a subsidiary company Ruscon (Shanghai) International Logistics LTD. in People's Republic of China as a part of the business development strategy. The key objectives of the new company are the interaction with marine lines, the development of multimodal transportation, rendering of storage and cargo assembling services alongside with the expansion of the client base.
The Company believes that the establishment of the new company in Shanghai will allow Ruscon to improve the quality of the client’s service, to expand the variety of provided services and to create new logistics products in China and nearby regions. Organization of the operations via the resident company facilitates communications with regional authorities, Chinese railway administration and its affiliates. It also simplifies local communication with the producers and operations with logistics platforms that are part of the “One Belt One Road” program, which promotes the development of import-export and transit container services of Ruscon Group among China, Russia and Europe.
In the nearest future the Company is going to acquire a status of Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC). It will allow to have a better control over the delivery chain from China via marine transport as well as cut transportation costs for the clients.
