Ruscon Announces Opening of a Subsidiary in Kazakhstan
development 28 June 2019Ruscon Group announces the opening of a subsidiary in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which was officially registered on the June 4, 2019. Opening a new office in Almaty on the basis of the existing representative office is part of the Group’s strategy to expand business in Central Asia and to optimize the commercial work, both with clients and regional railway administrations.
The favorable geographical position allows Kazakhstan to be a transit bridge between Europe and Asia, linking Central Asia and China with the European part of the continent. In addition, the intensive growth of own industrial production and foreign trade turnover stimulates the development of the transport and logistics system and the creation of a modern logistics infrastructure of the Republic.
The goal of the LLP "Ruscon Asia" is optimization of transport and logistics processes and the expansion of its own customer base.
The company will take an active part in «The Silk Road», «One Belt One Road», and «South Transit» initiatives through organization of regular container block trains in both the northern and southern transit corridors between China and Europe.
