Ruscon and Belt and Road Logistics to Develop Container Transport in Tatarstan
development 19 March 2025Ruscon LLC and Belt and Road Logistics Company LLC have signed an agreement to jointly develop container transportation in the Republic of Tatarstan. The memorandum was signed on March 18 at the TransRussia International Exhibition by Andrey Chernyshev, First Vice President of Ruscon LLC, and Khaidar Valiulin, Executive Director of Belt and Road Logistics Company LLC.
As part of the collaboration, the companies plan to establish a public containerized cargo transportation service along the Primorsky Krai (Far Eastern marine terminal of Delo Group) – Republic of Tatarstan (Belt and Road container terminal) route. The partnership will also focus on optimizing empty container storage and creating a seamless logistics cycle by consolidating export and import shipments.
“Together with Belt and Road Logistics Company, we will develop optimal solutions for container transportation between Tatarstan and the Far East. This will help reduce logistics costs, shorten delivery times, and expand service offerings to meet the market’s growing demands,” said Andrey Chernyshev, First Vice President of Ruscon.
“We are eager to collaborate with Ruscon and see strong growth potential for both companies through long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation,” added Khaidar Valiulin, Executive Director of Belt and Road Logistics Company.
