Excise customs post has started to work at RUSCON terminal

Since September 30th 2016, the department of customs registration and
customs control no.2 of South excise customs which is situated on the territory
of Ruscon 2 terminal, founded according to an order of Federal Customs Service
of Russia dated 15 July 2016, started  to issue custom goods declarations.
This is the first and the only one custom point in Novorossiysk which is able
to do customs clearance of excise goods. To open this customs department became
possible due to arrangement of an excise bonded warehouse on the territory of
RUSCON group terminal. The warehouse is meant for customs clearance of
automotive and other special wheeled machinery, raw tobacco and tobacco
products. The presence of well-developed infrastructure on the terminal gives
the client an ability not only to get customs service but what is more - to
optimize logistics scheme of cargo delivery.
