ZIM’s new service set-up in Black Sea

Having taken slots on the joint Far East Black Sea Express (ABX) of China Shipping, “K” Line, PIL, Wan Hai and Yang Ming Israeli carrier ZIM
now connects Asia with Black Sea destinations twice a week, as follows:
- ABX (Coscon and ZIM, slots) - 9x 5,200 TEU average - Piraeus,
Istanbul (Ambarli), Constantza, Ilichevsk, Port Kelang,
Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen (Shekou), Singapore, Port Kelang
and back to Piraeus
- EMX (ZIM ships, slot of China Shipping) - 10x 4,100 TEU average - Haifa, Ashdod, Istanbul
(Ambarll), Odessa, Novorossisk, Gemlik, Istanbul (Ambarli),
Haifa, Mundra, Colombo, Port Kelang, Busan, Shanghai,
Ningbo, Shenzhen (Dachan), Port Kelang and Haifa again.
Besides of deep-sea ZIM has also extended to Novorossiysk its short-sea BSX service, henceforth covering Ashdod – Haifa – Limassol – Novorossiysk – Constanta – Varna – Izmit – Evyap- Thessaloniki – Izmir – Piraeus – Ashdod
The BSX will be manned with three units, averaging 1540 TEU. The service is going to call at the NCSP terminal.
