RUSCON integrated “Personal Account” application
technologies 3 April 2019RUSCON company designed and integrated “Personal Account” application into its own “1C: UKT” information platform.
“Personal Account” was created for the convenience of RUSCON’s customers who can now receive up-to-date information on the current status of payments for services rendered, copies of transport and financial documents as well as up-to-date information on the whereabouts of cargo at all stages of transportation online. For cargoes that are repacked at the company's terminals a photo report function is also available at each stage of reloading in “Personal Account”.
The new functionality allows to optimize the work of the bookkeeping and customer logistics department reducing the risk of errors in calculations.
One of the main areas of RUSCON’s investment is the development of digital information services and data processing tools. For the company it is the most important factor of providing the competitiveness of transport and logistics solutions offered to its customers.
