FESCO actioners change the committee of directors’ membership entirely. “Summa” is preparing for the out-of-turn FESCO actioners’ meeting

New actioners of “Far-East Sea Steamship” Public Ltd. (the basic company of FESCO group) brought into the list of committee of directors their candidates, including “Summa” group’s president Alexander Vinokurov and the chairman of committee of directors of NMTP Marat Shaidaev.
There are no candidates of current committee of directors in the list, including, FESCO’s president Yuriy Gilts.
An out-of-turn meeting of the actioners is planned on the 11th of March.
